About the position

The IT Product Manager Staff serves as the primary interface between business partners and technology services, ensuring alignment of business needs with IT capabilities. This role involves facilitating technology innovation, managing product lifecycles, and collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver effective solutions. The IT Product Manager is responsible for communicating product vision, developing product roadmaps, and ensuring compliance with company standards and practices.

Responsibilities

• Communicate product vision to development teams and provide guidance to ensure alignment with the vision.
• Assess user experience delivered by product features.
• Develop product roadmaps in partnership with stakeholders and TDS leaders.
• Champion a product vision, strategy, and roadmap in support of corporate goals.
• Drive execution of product lifecycle processes including research, analysis, planning, and delivery.
• Gather and articulate project requirements from stakeholders.
• Influence departmental strategy based on technology assets.
• Support implementation of business solutions by building relationships with stakeholders.
• Proactively address product effectiveness and manage customer perceptions.
• Model compliance with company policies and support company mission and values.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in project management or product ownership, or a High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred: Degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.
• Experience in automation platforms or similar programs.
