About The Position

As an IT Product Manager at Benco, you will be responsible for driving the strategic planning and execution of multiple software initiatives, ensuring they align with business objectives and meet customer needs. This role demands a proactive project leader who can manage projects from conception through to launch, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged throughout. You will work closely with Sales Operations, Sales Management, Marketing, and other internal teams to deliver impactful, user-centered software solutions that drive revenue growth and elevate customer satisfaction. In this role, you will collaborate with development teams and Application Development Managers to prioritize and plan project tasks, as well as coordinate scrum activities to ensure smooth, agile project execution. Your responsibilities will include managing project timelines, aligning resources, implementing A/B testing strategies, and leveraging customer feedback to guide decisions. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in promoting agile practices and project management excellence across the organization, ensuring best practices are followed and project objectives are consistently achieved.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of professional experience

  • Demonstrated leadership in a product owner role, with experience in scaling product teams and processes.
  • Knowledge of software development best practices, marketing strategies, and customer engagement techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior executives across Sales Operations, Sales Management, Marketing and other internal departments to deliver compelling, customer-centric solutions.
  • Lead and mentor a team of product owners and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery and adherence to best practices in agile product management.
  • Oversee the software development lifecycle from concept through deployment, focusing on maximizing business impact and customer satisfaction.
  • Champion continuous improvement by integrating advanced A/B testing methodologies to enhance user interaction and drive revenue growth.
  • Utilize analytics and user feedback to refine product features and prioritize the product backlog effectively, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
  • Foster an agile development culture emphasizing iterative releases, MVPs, automated delivery processes, and effective change management to enhance customer adoption.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with IT, Marketing, and external stakeholders to leverage technology trends and innovative solutions that enhance the user experience and business outcomes.
  • Inspires their team while working hands-on in the team with a collaborative style.
  • Translates broad strategy into actionable plans and next steps that can be implemented by individuals or small teams.
