About the position

The IT Product Manager at Tokio Marine HCC will focus on developing a comprehensive understanding of the cyber risk management market and driving the product strategy for cyber risk management services within the insurance sector. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to identify and prioritize opportunities, ensuring the delivery of effective solutions that meet business and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the cyber risk management space.
• Understand customer and stakeholder problems and communicate them broadly.
• Prioritize solving the most important problems in the optimal order.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams to determine the optimal business solution for each problem.
• Communicate the product roadmap to customers, stakeholders, and the IT/Application Development team.
• Develop and communicate product success measurements and outcomes.
• Represent customers and stakeholders in product and release decisions.
• Oversee the work of business analysts where applicable.
• Develop and conduct UAT and training and champion product launches.
• Provide thought leadership within TMHCC and within the marketplace.
• Participate in opportunities to develop both personally and professionally.
• Adhere to Company compliance policy and values.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience in computer science or related field.
• Minimum three years of product management experience, preferably in insurance or cybersecurity domain.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience launching SaaS, consumer, or cybersecurity products.
• Strong critical thinking and business-focused problem-solving skills.
• Project management, group facilitation, and time management experience.
