About the position

The IT - Product Manager role at Client Inc. is a hands-on leadership position within the Enterprise Product Management team, focused on delivering world-class Finance applications and services. The position requires a strong product management background, with an emphasis on financial planning capabilities and technology enablement to support business operations globally. The ideal candidate will drive product roadmaps, lead cross-functional projects, and ensure effective communication across all levels of management while optimizing business processes.

Responsibilities

  • Define a vision and roadmap for Finance systems.
  • Lead a global Finance Planning systems implementation.
  • Conduct system solution evaluations and product due diligence.
  • Interface with all levels of management to implement processes and technology that support business value and efficiency.
  • Communicate project scopes, timing, prioritization, budgets, resource needs, and progress on an ongoing basis.
  • Drive business process changes to simplify and optimize operations across the value chain.
  • Own and drive opportunity assessments, definition development, monitoring, and implementation of product roadmaps.
  • Translate business requirements into technology solutions to enhance customer journeys and value addition.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to support process optimization end to end.
  • Mentor and manage a team with expertise in business and tech capabilities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in strategy, finance management/consulting, retail/consumer products, or similar roles.
  • Experience managing major cloud-based finance products with familiarity in future platform directions.
  • Solid understanding of Finance and IT business processes.
  • Cloud ERP implementation experience is a must.
  • Ability to work in ambiguous situations and think globally/strategically.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with complex data.
  • Proficient in project management and senior management communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, prioritize, and adapt to changing environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Decision Science, or related analytic field.
  • MBA or Masters preferred in a related field.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Oracle and Anaplan tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive and execute process analysis.
  • Solid interpersonal skills for developing effective business partner relationships.
