About the position

The IT Product Manager will lead the Client Payments team in enhancing payment compliance and services. This role involves defining product strategy, managing project lifecycles, and ensuring alignment with business goals while focusing on customer needs and technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the payment team.
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of team projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for systems and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to gather requirements and prioritize features.
• Utilize data analytics and stakeholder feedback to inform product decisions and measure success.
• Anticipate and mitigate risks associated with backend development.
• Act as the voice of the customer within the payment team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven product management experience.
• 4+ years of experience in agile software development processes, including writing stories/epics and managing a backlog.
• Detail-oriented technical product management skills.
• Excellent time management skills for planning and prioritizing work.
• Strong communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous Payment or Financial Services experience.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform product decisions.
