About the position

The IT Product Manager at RELQ Technologies LLC is responsible for developing and executing product strategies that align with market needs and company goals. This role involves managing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery and stakeholder satisfaction. The position requires a strong focus on data-driven decision-making and effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy based on market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond, creating and maintaining the product roadmap.
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer pain points and analyze competitors' products and strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define product requirements and manage product release cycles.
• Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, communicating product updates and gathering feedback.
• Use data analytics and KPIs to measure product performance and inform decision-making.
• Develop and execute product launch plans, ensuring successful product adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS, e-commerce, or fintech.
• Strong understanding of product management frameworks such as Agile and Scrum.
• Proficiency with product management tools like JIRA, Trello, and Asana.
• Experience with data analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Tableau.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
• Familiarity with software development processes and technologies.
