About the position

The IT Product Manager at TEKsystems will play a crucial role in partnering with various business units to define and implement digital strategies and solutions that align with business objectives. This position involves managing the product roadmap, overseeing the product backlog, and facilitating communication between stakeholders and IT teams to enhance website experiences and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Build roadmap in conversation with Business/IT stakeholders
• Manage product backlog and run sprints with Development team
• Run workshops to set up & enable Business for ecommerce operations
• Set and communicate vision for the client's websites aligned with stakeholders and business objectives
• Create and share product roadmap including new product features and functionality
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of the client's brand goals, target audiences, category trends/opportunities, and industry pressures/threats
• Manage Product backlog and oversee requirements discovery, solution design, feature development, and user testing for key websites
• Act as Primary Liaison with IT and development partners, market research, user experience design team, content strategists, and project management team
• Provide vision and evangelism for new technologies, digital processes, frictionless user experience, and website content trends
• Guide the development of custom reporting and analysis dashboards for continuous iteration and improvement

Requirements

• Extensive IT/Digital Product Management background supporting Enterprise Level complex environments
• Strong Agile Methodology experience
• Experience working closely with Global Business Units (Marketing, Branding) to define roadmap
• Excellent communication and organizational management skills
• Proficient with MS Office Suite
