IT Product Manager

About the position

As an IT Product Manager at Benco, you will be responsible for driving the strategic planning and execution of multiple software initiatives, ensuring they align with business objectives and meet customer needs. This role demands a proactive project leader who can manage projects from conception through to launch, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged throughout.

Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines and align resources
• Implement AB testing strategies
• Leverage customer feedback to guide decisions
• Promote agile practices and project management excellence across the organization
• Ensure best practices are followed and project objectives are consistently achieved
• Collaborate with senior executives across Sales Operations, Sales Management, Marketing, and other internal departments to deliver compelling customer-centric solutions
• Lead and mentor a team of product owners and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery and adherence to best practices in agile product management
• Oversee the software development lifecycle from concept through deployment, focusing on maximizing business impact and customer satisfaction
• Champion continuous improvement by integrating advanced AB testing methodologies to enhance user interaction and drive revenue growth
• Utilize analytics and user feedback to refine product features and prioritize the product backlog effectively, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives
• Foster an agile development culture emphasizing iterative releases, MVPs, automated delivery processes, and effective change management to enhance customer adoption
• Develop strategic partnerships with IT, Marketing, and external stakeholders to leverage technology trends and innovative solutions that enhance the user experience and business outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems or equivalent
• 1-3 years of professional experience
• Demonstrated leadership in a product owner role with experience in scaling product teams and processes
• Knowledge of software development best practices, marketing strategies, and customer engagement techniques
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using data analysis tools to guide decision making and identify market opportunities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills capable of inspiring and leading teams across functional boundaries
• Able to establish credibility with clients, partners, and colleagues, and to influence a diverse group of stakeholders
• Entrepreneurial spirit and drive with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
• Exhibits strong presentation and meeting facilitation skills
• Comfortable negotiating with and presenting to IT and business leaders
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies and IT project management
