About the position

The IT Product Manager at JVT Advisors is responsible for leading the development and delivery of high-quality digital products that align with business goals. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, developing product roadmaps, and overseeing Agile processes to ensure timely delivery of features. The position requires strong leadership and communication skills to act as a liaison between development teams and business stakeholders, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and user-centric design.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Omnichannel, Marketing, and stakeholders to collect and prioritize business requirements for IT solutions.
• Develop product roadmaps aligned with brand strategies, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to meet milestones.
• Lead development teams to deliver high-quality digital products, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
• Act as the bridge between development and business teams, providing clear guidance throughout the product lifecycle.
• Oversee Agile processes, managing the product backlog to ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.
• Work with UX/UI designers to deliver intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences aligned with customer needs.
• Promote a culture of innovation and improvement within the product development teams, encouraging best practices.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies (Required)
• 3 years of experience in Marketing Technology (Required)
• 1 year of experience in the Pharma Industry (Required)
• 5 years of experience in Product Management (Required)
• Strong grasp of Agile, Scrum, digital marketing, and CRM tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Nice-to-haves

• 3 years of experience in GMP (Preferred)
