About the position

The IT Product Manager role at Client Inc. is a hands-on leadership position within the Enterprise Product Management team, focused on delivering world-class finance applications and services. The role is critical in ensuring that the organization can effectively manage its financial planning capabilities and implement technology solutions that drive business value and process efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong product management skills and the ability to innovate and deliver scalable solutions across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

  • Lead product management and deliver business capabilities through technology enablement.
  • Define a vision and roadmap for Finance systems.
  • Lead a global Finance Planning systems implementation.
  • Conduct system solution evaluations and product due diligence.
  • Interface with all levels of management to implement processes and technology that support business value and efficiency.
  • Ensure clear communication of project scopes, timing, prioritization, budgets, resource needs, and progress.
  • Drive business process changes to simplify and optimize operations across the value chain.
  • Own and drive opportunity assessments, definition development, monitoring, and implementation of product roadmaps.
  • Translate business requirements into technology solutions to enhance customer journeys and value addition.
  • Drive multiple projects to successful completion with a sense of urgency.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to support process optimization, including project management and change management.
  • Mentor and manage a team with expertise in business and tech capabilities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in strategy, finance management/consulting, retail/consumer products, or similar roles.
  • Experience managing major cloud-based finance products and familiarity with future platform directions.
  • Solid understanding of finance and IT business processes.
  • Cloud ERP implementation experience is essential.
  • Ability to work in ambiguous situations and adapt flexibly.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and ability to frame complex issues.
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership in work.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in project management and senior management communication.
  • Ability to drive and execute process analysis.
  • Solid interpersonal skills for developing effective business partner relationships.
  • Experience enabling business capabilities through technology.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Decision Science, or related field.
  • MBA or Master's preferred in a related field.
