About the position

The IT Product Manager will be responsible for driving the development of IT solutions that align with business objectives, focusing on customer and stakeholder requirements. This role involves collaboration with various teams to create product roadmaps, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality digital products and features. The IT Product Manager will act as a liaison between development teams and business stakeholders, facilitating communication and guiding the product development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and prioritize customer and stakeholder requirements to drive the development of IT solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Omnichannel and Marketing team members to gather their vision, strategy, and roadmap for their brand's digital products and initiatives.
  • Develop detailed product roadmaps and timelines coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to meet key milestones.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and features, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines.
  • Act as the primary liaison between development teams and business stakeholders, providing clear direction and guidance throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Define and maintain the product backlog, ensuring that it contains features and enhancements that drive value and align with customer needs.
  • Lead Agile development processes, ensuring timely delivery of product features and continuous improvements based on user feedback.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers/agencies to create intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences that meet customer expectations.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the product development teams, promoting best practices and collaboration.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into understandable language.

Requirements

  • Proven minimum of 3 years experience as a Product Manager or in a related role.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, MarTech systems, and data analytics within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in defining product requirements and working with development teams to bring products to market.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Life Sciences, Business, Computer Science, or similar).
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple feature delivery simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
