About the position

As an IT Product Manager at Softrams LLC, you will play a pivotal role in leading project and product teams to deliver innovative software applications. This position is based in Leesburg, Virginia, and involves limited domestic travel, telecommuting, and occasional relocation to various client locations across the nation. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze current Agile and User Experience processes, identifying and prioritizing areas for improvement to enhance product delivery and user satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, utilizing tools such as JIRA and Confluence to manage project workflows and documentation. Your expertise in distributed systems, cloud computing, and enterprise platforms will be essential as you navigate complex, multi-platform environments. Additionally, you will be expected to leverage your knowledge of EDGE computing to drive product innovation and ensure that our solutions meet the evolving needs of our clients. This role requires a strategic mindset, as you will be responsible for aligning product development with business objectives and customer requirements. You will also be tasked with mentoring team members and fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and problem-solving. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels will be crucial in ensuring the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our clients.

Requirements

• Masters Degree or Foreign Equivalent in Computer Science or Related Field OR Computer Applications or Related Field and 2 years of experience in the job duties.
• Bachelors Degree or Foreign Equivalent in Computer Science or Related Field OR Computer Applications or Related Field and 5 years of experience in the job duties.
