About The Position
The IT Professional - Security (Cybersecurity Analyst) position is responsible for managing and communicating cyber risks to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) of the City of Houston. This role involves supporting the information security awareness program, evaluating training effectiveness, and ensuring compliance with CJIS requirements. The analyst will also conduct malware analysis, manage security incidents, and provide real-time threat detection and response.
