About the position

CGS Business Solutions is seeking a dedicated IT Program Manager to lead the implementation of Field Service Management (FSM) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems. This full-time position is based 100% onsite in Orange County, CA, and reports directly to the Enterprise Applications (Platforms) Department Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of at least 10 years in FSM or EAM implementation, specifically with platforms such as Maximo, ServiceNow, or Oracle EAM. In this role, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams through the implementation and integration of FSM and EAM platforms. This includes overseeing the governance of system configurations, customizations, and third-party integrations to ensure system integrity and scalability. You will manage the program budget, timelines, and resources, ensuring efficient allocation and maximizing return on investment (ROI). Collaboration with stakeholders, including Maintenance and Field IT Tech leadership, is crucial to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements. Additionally, you will facilitate change management and user adoption strategies, providing training and support for end-users. As a leader, you will oversee a team of Project Managers, FSM Administrators, and FSM Developers, guiding them to achieve project goals and maintain high standards of performance. Your strong leadership and project management skills will be essential in navigating the complexities of FSM and EAM implementations, ensuring successful outcomes for the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and integration of FSM and EAM platforms.
  • Oversee governance of system configurations, customizations, and third-party integrations.
  • Manage program budget, timelines, and resources to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Facilitate change management and user adoption strategies, including training and support for end-users.
  • Provide leadership and oversight to a team of Project Managers, FSM Administrators, and FSM Developers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • 10 years of experience with FSM or EAM implementation (Maximo, ServiceNow, Oracle EAM) or similar role.
  • ServiceNow, Maximo, or Oracle certifications preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Field Service Platform capabilities, modules, and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience managing and configuring FSM and EAM platforms like ServiceNow, Maximo or Oracle.
  • Excellent project management skills, including experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • CAPM or PMP certification is strongly preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with additional FSM or EAM platforms beyond Maximo, ServiceNow, or Oracle.
  • Familiarity with advanced project management tools and software.
  • Experience in a consulting environment.
