Responsibilities

• Resolve a wide variety of conventional automation and information management problems and recommend actions based on existing regulations and practices.
• Provide leadership to subordinate IT specialists in project management and systemic review of processing requirements.
• Supervise technical support personnel to ensure interoperability, integration, and operations of installed hardware and software.
• Plan and assign work, set priorities, and advise on program goals and objectives.
• Analyze work requirements to determine necessary staff resources, equipment, and budget.
• Establish and adjust schedules, priorities, and deadlines for work assignments.

Requirements

• One year of specialized experience in project/program management issues and ensuring compliance with organizational requirements.
• Experience in analyzing and implementing policy, guidance, and strategic planning for IT systems.
• Demonstrated competencies in attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem-solving.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in Information Assurance Technology (IAT-III) certification.
• Familiarity with federal service employment processes.
