About The Position
The IT Program Manager is responsible for managing a program of multiple interdependent projects within the Information Technology department. This role provides a single point of accountability for the program, overseeing all aspects throughout the project lifecycles to ensure completion within defined scope, quality, time, and cost constraints. The IT Program Manager leads multi-disciplinary teams and ensures accurate resource allocation while driving program success and client satisfaction.
