About the position

The IT Program Manager at Articularis Healthcare Group will lead and manage complex IT programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and effective execution. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership to define program goals, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of IT programs to align with business priorities and strategic goals.
  • Develop program roadmaps, including timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Establish program objectives, KPIs, and ensure successful execution through the program lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to define program scope and ensure requirements are met.
  • Coordinate and oversee multiple related projects, ensuring that each is progressing according to schedule and within scope.
  • Allocate resources (staff, budget, equipment) to individual projects, ensuring they have what they need to succeed.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust timelines, resources, or priorities as necessary.
  • Ensure that deliverables are met on time, and within the agreed-upon quality standards.
  • Identify potential risks, obstacles, and issues across projects and mitigate them proactively.
  • Develop and maintain risk management plans, including contingency strategies for high-impact risks.
  • Communicate risks and issues to stakeholders and leadership with proposed solutions and mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders, providing updates on program progress, risks, and changes.
  • Prepare and present reports and status updates.
  • Develop and manage the program budget, ensuring that projects are delivered within financial constraints.
  • Track program expenses and adjust as necessary to stay within budget.
  • Ensure optimal use of resources and manage competing demands across multiple projects.
  • Drive continuous improvement by evaluating processes and implementing lessons learned from previous projects.
  • Monitor program performance and make necessary adjustments to improve efficiency and outcomes.
  • Oversee relationships with third-party vendors, contractors, and service providers.
  • Collaborate with executive leader/legal to ensure that vendor partnerships support the program goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT program and project management.
  • Proven track record of managing complex IT programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong technical understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and enterprise software solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Nice-to-haves

  • A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Project or program management certifications preferred.
