About the position

The IT Program Manager will be part of the Global Markets Technology (GMT) Change Management Team, responsible for ensuring adherence to the Enterprise Change Policy and Standards. This role involves managing communications related to data quality, approving change requests, and supporting the Quality Assurance team with deployment reviews. The position is a contract role lasting 12 months, with a focus on risk management and transparency in change initiatives within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the GMT Change Management Team
• Ensure adherence to the Enterprise Change Policy and Enterprise Change Standards
• Support the management and remediation efforts of risk associated with change
• Drive transparency into the overall health of the change initiative portfolio within Ops Tech
• Manage Data Quality communications with practitioners and PMO team members
• Approve CRQs and support the Quality Assurance team by performing pre-deployment and post-deployment reviews
• Manage Data Quality communications to Project/Program Managers and escalate when required
• Approve CRQs in Remedy during US hours
• Assist the Quality Assurance team with documentation of FLU procedures

Requirements

• Experience in IT program management within the financial industry
• Strong understanding of change management processes and standards
• Ability to manage communications effectively across teams
• Experience with Quality Assurance processes and reviews
• Familiarity with data quality management

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Remedy for change request approvals
• Knowledge of financial industry regulations and compliance
