About the position

The IT Program Manager will provide critical support to the team in enhancing internal business controls and reporting routines across Global Technology. This role involves assessing and advising on process improvements and methodologies related to program and project management, ensuring effective strategies and readiness assessments are developed throughout project timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Provide critical support to the team in supporting internal business controls and reporting routines across Global Technology.
  • Assess and advise on improving process and methodologies of current program and project management implications throughout projects' timelines.
  • Develop strategies, readiness assessments, and training and communications.

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of professional work experience preferably in technology risk and/or controls experience.
  • 5-10 years of project/program management experience.
  • Strong collaboration and partnering skills with the ability to positively influence and motivate others.
  • Ability to drive timely decisions and know when to engage others for additional input.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated understanding of the importance of business ethics.
  • Proven ability to foster the Identify, Escalate, Debate Risk Culture.
  • QA/Testing experience with technology-related projects.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and execution skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Deadline-oriented with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Prior business process management or control framework knowledge.
  • Ability to understand systematic evidence as it relates to IT processes.
  • Experience with Model Development and Artificial Intelligence processes and deliverables.
  • Good understanding of technology risk and control management.
  • Ability to analyze data to draw conclusions and provide recommendations.
  • Proven time management and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrates accountability and ownership.
  • Love for investigating, analyzing, and problem-solving.
  • Ability to synthesize details into meaningful recommendations and management reporting.
