About the position

Genesis10 is seeking an IT Program Manager for a 12+ month contract position in the financial industry. The role involves facilitating communication between various stakeholders, conducting meetings related to regulatory inquiries, and producing high-quality documentation. The IT Program Manager will work closely with subject matter experts to ensure consistency and clarity in responses to audits and regulatory requests.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate streamlined communication between DMT process owners and internal/external groups.
• Conduct meetings to understand data related to regulatory exams, audits, and inquiries.
• Review requests to identify trends and emerging risks.
• Collaborate with SMEs to draft consistent responses to inquiries.
• Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards.
• Work with internal teams on product and documentation requirements.

Requirements

• Ability to deliver high-quality documentation with attention to detail.
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and simplify them.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint.
• Basic familiarity with the SDLC and Data Management concepts, including regulatory guidance like BCBS239.
