About the position

Genesis10 is seeking an IT Program Manager for a 12+ month contract position in the financial industry, located in Jersey City, NJ. The role involves managing change initiatives, ensuring adherence to enterprise change policies, and supporting the Global Markets Technology Change Management Team.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the GMT (Global Markets Technology) Change Management Team
• Ensure adherence and support the Enterprise Change Policy and Enterprise Change Standards to ensure effective controls are in place to govern and execute change
• Provide support to the GMT community to help drive the management and remediation efforts of risk associated with change
• Manage the Data Quality communications with the practitioners and the respective PMO team members
• Approve CRQ's and support the Quality Assurance team by performing pre-deployment and post-deployment reviews
• Manage the Data Quality communications to Project/Program Managers, plus escalation communications when required
• Approve CRQ's in Remedy during US hours
• Assist the Quality Assurance team by performing pre-deployment and post-deployment reviews
• Support the Change Management team with documenting the FLU procedures

Requirements

• 7 years of experience in IT program management
• Experience in change management within the financial industry
• Strong communication skills to manage Data Quality communications
