About the position

The IT Program Manager at Lamb Weston is responsible for organizing and coordinating various programs within the company. This role involves providing strategic guidance to teams and project managers, overseeing operations, and ensuring alignment with the company's culture and goals. Responsibilities

• Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects
• Decide on suitable strategies and objectives
• Coordinate cross-project activities
• Lead and evaluate project managers
• Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities
• Apply change, risk and resource management
• Develop relevant KPIs and assess program performance
• Resolve projects' higher scope issues
• Prepare reports for program directors and other executive leadership
• Organize programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization
• Develop an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement
• Track budgets and operating plans for the program
• Analyze and mitigate program risks
• Responsible for driving adherence to the IT PML.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
• Master's degree in related field preferred
• 5+ years' experience as Sr. Project Manager, preferably in a technology environment
• 8+ years' experience as Program Manager
• PMP preferred
