About the position

The IT Program Manager will be part of the Global Markets Technology (GMT) Change Management Team, responsible for ensuring adherence to the Enterprise Change Policy and Standards. This role involves managing communications related to Data Quality, approving Change Requests (CRQs), and supporting the Quality Assurance team with deployment reviews. The position aims to drive transparency and effective controls in managing change initiatives within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the GMT (Global Markets Technology) Change Management Team
• Ensure adherence and support the Enterprise Change Policy and Enterprise Change Standards
• Provide support to the GMT community to manage and remediate risks associated with change
• Manage Data Quality communications with practitioners and PMO team members
• Approve CRQ's and support the Quality Assurance team by performing pre-deployment and post-deployment reviews
• Manage Data Quality communications to Project/Program Managers and escalate when required
• Approve CRQ's in Remedy during US hours
• Assist the Quality Assurance team with deployment reviews
• Support the Change Management team with documenting FLU procedures

Requirements

• Experience in IT program management within the financial industry
• Strong understanding of change management processes and policies
• Excellent communication skills for managing stakeholder relationships
• Ability to perform quality assurance reviews and manage data quality communications

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Remedy for Change Request approvals
• Familiarity with Enterprise Change Standards
• Previous experience in a financial services environment
