The IT Program Manager at Lyte Fiber, LLC is a key role responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and implementation of mission-critical IT technology infrastructure projects. Responsibilities

• Oversee key IT programs to ensure alignment with business objectives, including the deployment of systems such as CRM, order management, and network monitoring.
• Ensure programs are delivered on time and within scope while adhering to budget and quality expectations.
• Manage multiple priorities and dynamically prioritize work to meet critical milestones.
• Develop and implement change management processes to handle scope changes and evaluate their impact.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and integrate their input into project plans.
• Resolve issues and competing priorities across cross-functional teams to meet project milestones.
• Coordinate with departmental leaders to allocate and manage resources effectively.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for program-related communications, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and risks.
• Identify and manage interdependencies between departmental activities to maximize synergies and project progress.
• Create detailed project timelines and comprehensive schedules that allocate resources and account for risks.
• Select and utilize project management tools to track and maintain project timelines and schedules.
• Collaborate with departments to gather requirements and develop comprehensive test cases, ensuring alignment with project goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in IT program or project management, focusing on large-scale IT infrastructure projects.
• In-depth knowledge of IT systems relevant to an Internet Service Provider's operation.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software for developing and tracking project timelines.
• Basic understanding of APIs and system integration standards.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities to drive projects forward.
• Demonstrated success in delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing interdependencies.
