About the position

The IT Program Manager at Gerard Daniel Worldwide is responsible for leading and managing key IT initiatives that facilitate digital transformation within the organization. This role requires collaboration with various business leaders to implement best practices and ensure effective information flow across the company. The IT Program Manager will play a crucial role in evaluating emerging technologies, setting cybersecurity strategies, and driving technology-driven innovations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Serve as a change agent to develop and adopt consistent and efficient systems and processes.
• Evaluate emerging technologies for potential implementation.
• Lead and participate in project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Help set the cybersecurity strategy for the corporation.
• Identify opportunities for technology-driven innovation and efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in IT project management.
• Exceptional problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Experience with ERP implementations and change management required.
• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's degree is a plus.
• Experience in a Manufacturing/Distribution environment is preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Business Central preferred.
• Experience working with and implementing Cloud Based solutions.
• Experience with Business Intelligence reporting tools such as PowerBi.
• Experience working in a multi-location, global organization is a plus.
• PMP Certification preferred.
