About the position

The IT Program Manager at Driven Brands is responsible for overseeing multiple IT infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with the organization's business goals. This role involves program planning, stakeholder management, risk management, resource allocation, financial oversight, and quality assurance, all aimed at driving program success and continuous improvement within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive program plan that aligns with the organization's business goals.
  • Define program scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Create a roadmap that outlines key milestones and deliverables across multiple projects.
  • Coordinate and oversee multiple IT infrastructure projects under the program.
  • Manage interdependencies between projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation and risk mitigation.
  • Engage with senior leadership and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Communicate program progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and executive management.
  • Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues across the program.
  • Develop and manage the program budget, ensuring projects are delivered within allocated financial resources.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to the organization's quality standards and best practices.
  • Oversee the change management process, ensuring changes are evaluated and approved.
  • Track and measure program performance against key metrics and provide regular reports to executive management.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3-5 years in a program management role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure components, including networks, servers, storage, cloud, and security.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree or MBA.
  • PgMP (Program Management Professional) certification.
  • ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) certification.
