About the position

Lactalis USA is currently seeking candidates to join our IT Project Management Organization (IT-PMO). This team will be responsible for the development and standardization of IT project management processes. The Team will support IT leaders in project execution for initiatives supporting our US Businesses. This is an onsite role located in Buffalo, NY. In this role, the IT Project Analyst will work collaboratively with Leadership to build standardized project work management processes. The IT Project Analyst will play a key role in Workfront Process Implementation, Administration, Integrations, and Automations. We are seeking an individual who will be our Workfront Advocate and System Guardian. As this is a new team, we are looking for members to share past experiences and actively contribute toward building our US IT Project Management Center of Excellence. The position requires a commitment to a safe working environment that promotes the health and well-being of all employees, contributing to the Company's overall performance and success. Travel and/or extended or off work hours may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Leadership to create repeatable IT Project Work Management processes in Adobe Workfront.
  • Execute initial setup of Adobe Workfront objects & use cases.
  • Be the system Enablement Expert - the most knowledgeable resource driving change & adoption.
  • Manage Adobe Workfront administration tasks across the US including on-boarding, off-boarding & overall system access rights.
  • Develop & deliver Adobe Workfront training materials & workshops to ensure effortless adoption by all users.
  • Consistently Champion Workfront - provides insights & recommendations to US team members on how to successfully manage project work in Workfront.
  • Stay current on Adobe Workfront releases & updates; leverage new features.
  • Troubleshoot & Resolve User base Workfront questions.
  • Supply guidance to Project Managers & team members on Work Management best practices using Adobe Workfront.
  • Be the Lactalis USA Adobe Workfront Subject-Matter-Expert.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Adobe Workfront Certification a plus, or willingness to pursue.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience.
  • Demonstrated Adobe Workfront Experience.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Capacity to train users & troubleshoot questions.
  • Comfortable working effectively in a fast-paced & dynamic environment.
  • Ability to motivate others & work collaboratively.

Nice-to-haves

  • Project Management Experience a plus.
  • Nintex Experience a nice to have.
