The IT Project and Transformation Manager - M&A will be responsible for overseeing and managing IT projects related to mergers and acquisitions. This role includes coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration of systems and processes, and driving the transformation initiatives to align with the company's strategic goals. The position is limited to a two-year contract. The successful candidate will lead IT project streams related to mergers and acquisitions, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to deliver on project scope, while preparing stakeholder decisions and providing regular status update reports. The manager will also manage the IT transformation roadmap, aligning it with the company's strategic objectives and compliance requirements. This includes overseeing the decommissioning of redundant applications and steering the target application portfolio, ensuring a smooth transition to the future state of the IT application landscape. Leadership and guidance to the IT project team in Allianz Technology will be crucial, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation. Additionally, the role involves supporting IT demand management and providing oversight of all IT Operations services contractual agreements, including monitoring for adherence to contracts, vendor performance, security metrics, and compliance. The manager will also handle escalations and dispute resolution within SLA periods, negotiate existing contract changes and pricing as needed, and oversee volume forecasting.
