About the position

The IT Project Coordinator at Madiba will support an SAP implementation project for an industry-leading company. This role involves coordinating various project workstreams, ensuring compliance with project methodologies, and maintaining accurate records. The position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while working both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support several project workstreams for an SAP implementation.
• Drive follow-up and compliance with project methodology.
• Monitor and maintain record keeping and file maintenance for project workstreams.
• Verify and analyze the accuracy of data and information used or generated by project workstreams.
• Coordinate with QA/validation team when moving items from development to production.

Requirements

• 2 years of project management/coordination and reporting experience.
• Experience in managing IT projects.
• Familiarity with managing UAT processes/procedures.
• Experience in coordinating teams and stakeholders.
• Strong written, verbal, and communication skills.
• Experience with Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with SAP is ideal but not required.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment and learn new systems quickly.
