About the position

The IT Project Coordinator/Business Analyst role at OpTech LLC involves supporting project activities and deliverables for Commercial Card Integration Consultants. This position requires a blend of project coordination and business analysis skills, focusing on maintaining project documentation, managing project schedules, and facilitating communication among stakeholders. The role is hybrid, requiring onsite presence in Auburn Hills, MI, for at least two days a week.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain project documentation by gathering relevant information from various sources.
  • Create and maintain project database, team contacts, and distribution lists.
  • Ensure version control for documentation and approvals.
  • Update Steering Committee and Stakeholder Meeting materials as directed.
  • Track status of requests, invoices, and approvals.
  • Schedule Project Training for team members and operations and support teams.
  • Perform contractor procurement, manage onboarding and offboarding.
  • Update project documentation as needed.
  • Manage a phase or segments of a larger project or a small, less complex project.
  • Ensure on-time delivery and execution of assigned projects and initiatives.
  • Secure resources to meet project demands.
  • Communicate project accomplishments and overall project health to stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain project schedules, manage team and deliverables for assigned project.
  • Schedule and facilitate project meetings.
  • Create and administer communication plans as needed.
  • Submit and track all requests for procurement.
  • Manage and track implementation checklists.
  • Maintain software/hardware inventory and track procurement.
  • Collect and verify all gate deliverables to ensure readiness.
  • Assist in managing project end-to-end communications.
  • Participate in testing activities including drafting test plans or test scripts and User Acceptance Testing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of Technology experience.
  • 2 years of Technology experience.
  • 2 years of Project experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (5 years required).
  • Experience with Microsoft Project (3 years required).

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with CAPPM/Clarity would be a plus.
  • Experience in O365, SharePoint, and Jira highly preferred.
  • Experience in Finance is a plus, but not required.
