About the position

The IT Project Coordinator at Dalkia is responsible for leading and managing integration projects within the organization. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying integration solutions while ensuring adherence to security standards. The coordinator will manage project timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination, as well as communicate updates and changes to users. The position requires a strong focus on problem-solving and process improvement, along with the ability to create documentation for third-party integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Participating in and leading the planning of integration projects
  • Designing, developing, and deploying integration solutions
  • Identifying and resolving system integration issues
  • Managing the project from start to finish, including coordinating with vendors, managing timelines, and ensuring the project stays within budget
  • Ensuring that the new systems adhere to security standards and protocols
  • Identifying key program risks and developing mitigation plans
  • Reviewing firmware & software releases, End of Life timelines, and routine updates
  • Communicating procedure changes and policy changes to all users
  • Communicating system updates to the company
  • Recommending and initiating process improvements
  • Performing other ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned
  • Creating proper documentation that supports all 3rd party integration
  • Utilizing a ticketing system for troubleshooting and documentation
  • Backing up for IT Help Desk, as needed
  • Performing end-user onboarding training, as required with 3rd party integration.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in IT project management
  • Associate degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Work experience with innovation, research and development teams
  • Excellent customer service skills both over the phone and electronically
  • Experience working with Google Workspace (G Suite)
  • A strong attention to detail with competent vocabulary
  • Skilled in problem solving
  • Experience working with TerraGO and other GIS applications
  • Experience working with API connectors
  • Experience working with monday.com
  • Knowledge of different IdP & SAML applications
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment

Nice-to-haves

  • B.S. or B.A. Degree is preferred
  • Monday.com certification is preferred
  • Outstanding communication, computer and coordination skills
  • Experience working in a service, maintenance, or logistics department
