About the position

The IT Project Coordinator at Nfinity Global Inc. is responsible for administering and organizing various projects, ranging from simple tasks to complex plans. This role involves close collaboration with the Project Manager to develop comprehensive action plans that include resources, timeframes, and budgets. The Project Coordinator will handle scheduling, risk management, and administrative duties, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Administer and organize all types of projects.
• Work closely with the Project Manager to prepare comprehensive action plans.
• Perform scheduling and risk management tasks.
• Maintain project documentation and handle financial queries.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience working in a program/product management and/or consulting capacity.
• Basic PM skills (task planning, coordination, issues management, etc.).
• Subject Matter Expertise and background in building out support help sites.
• 1-3 years of working knowledge and experience with tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Great understanding of customer and stakeholder support processes including workflow, support segmentation, and optimization tactics and strategies.
• Extremely tech-savvy with a knack for learning complex relationships between systems, processes, and stakeholders.
• Track record of successfully collaborating and leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in data collection and evaluation to drive content performance.
• Excellent understanding of knowledge management to promote a sharing and learning culture.
• Institute content guidelines and scalable processes based on industry standards for quality content.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, writing, and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and experience with project management software.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with JIRA, Salesforce Service Cloud, Google Drive, or Confluence is a plus.
