The IT Project Coordinator at Pros 4 Technology is a vital role responsible for ensuring the successful execution of IT projects. This position involves coordinating tasks, maintaining communication with team members and clients, and monitoring project progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating project plans, timelines, and schedules.
• Gather all necessary information to deliver projects on-time and on-budget.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Coordinate tasks and activities among team members and clients.
• Ensure project team members are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
• Collaborate with the lead tech to keep the project on schedule.
• Maintain open communication channels among team members and clients.
• Work with clients to schedule deliveries and installations.
• Liaise with external vendors and suppliers for project coordination.
• Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
• Maintain organized project documentation, including plans, meeting minutes, and change requests.

Requirements

• Proven work experience in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Minimum 2 years of PM/Coordinator experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous work in IT environments is a plus.
• (Preferred) Degree: Associate or Bachelor's in Computer Science / IT Business Management.
• (Preferred) Certification(s): ITIL, CompTia Project+, PMP.
