The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in coordinating cross-functional teams on multiple small to medium-sized IT projects, utilizing the principles and tools of the PMBOK Framework. This position requires a proactive approach to project management, ensuring that all aspects of the projects are executed smoothly and efficiently. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for developing business cases and project charters, aiding business owners and stakeholders in evaluating the value of proposed projects. They will create project plans, timelines, and budgets for projects typically lasting 0-6 months and of simple to moderate complexity. This includes working closely with stakeholders to determine project scope, identify necessary resources, and establish milestones. The role also involves coordinating with leadership to identify resources and managing the procurement process for equipment and services. In addition to planning and procurement, the Project Coordinator will collaborate with various cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Automation, Safety, Production, Maintenance, and Quality Assurance, to ensure smooth project execution. They will maintain accurate project documentation, track expenses, and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring that all project activities are well-documented and communicated effectively. This position is essential for the successful delivery of IT projects within fairlife, contributing to the company's mission of providing high-quality nutrition products to consumers.
