About the position

The IT Project Coordinator at IntelliBridge plays a crucial role in supporting a federal law enforcement client's Open Source Intelligence Program. This position involves tracking, managing, and ensuring progress across multiple IT projects, including Point deployments and OSINT tools. The coordinator will utilize Agile methodologies to navigate bureaucratic challenges and ensure timely project completion within scope. The role allows for a flexible work schedule, with the possibility of working up to 40% remotely after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track the progress of various IT projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and align with client objectives.
• Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating an Agile framework and ensuring teams follow Agile best practices for project tracking and implementation.
• Work closely and collaboratively with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication, remove roadblocks, and ensure continuous progress on project goals.
• Serve as a main point of contact for all IT project-related updates and deliverables, providing regular status reports to leadership and stakeholders.
• Proactively identify project risks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies, and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects moving forward.
• Maintain project plans, documentation, and reports to ensure transparency, accountability, and clear communication across the organization.
• Navigate the complexities of a bureaucratic environment to ensure that projects continue to move forward, overcoming organizational challenges to achieve project success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field, plus 10 years of relevant experience.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Outstanding organizational skills with a proven track record of pushing projects forward in complex environments.
• Proven experience developing detailed project plans, visualizing project status using project management tools (e.g., Gantt charts, Kanban boards), and providing regular updates to leadership on project status.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate issues and implement effective solutions.

Nice-to-haves

• Scrum Master, Project Management Professional, or other SAFe certification.
• Experience serving as a Scrum Master and applying Agile methodologies to drive project success.
