This position is essential for gathering IT requirements and ensuring that all necessary IT equipment is procured and delivered on time. The Coordinator will be responsible for creating and maintaining detailed documentation of IT equipment requirements, managing procurement processes, and tracking the delivery of all IT equipment accurately. In addition to procurement management, the IT Project Coordinator will collaborate closely with IT Project Managers to discuss storage options and staging areas for equipment. The role requires continuous updates to project artifacts, which will be maintained on the Project SharePoint site. This position is hybrid, requiring a minimum of 60% onsite presence for activities such as information gathering, box walks, walk-throughs, implementation, go-live activities, and ongoing support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex IT infrastructure projects and will be proficient in various project management methodologies, including both waterfall and agile approaches. The role demands a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
