About the position

The IT Project Integration Analyst is responsible for facilitating collaboration across the organization to ensure alignment and prioritization of initiatives. This role involves supporting technology resource management, managing integration across enterprise initiatives, and providing analytical reporting to aid decision-making. The analyst will work closely with the Project Management Office to ensure coordinated integration between ongoing projects, thereby minimizing risks and enhancing process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Document dependencies between projects, including solution design and delivery of prerequisite system functions/features.
  • Develop, maintain, update, and oversee high-level integration management schedules for key enterprise initiatives.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify dependencies, opportunities, and risks.
  • Help resolve competing priorities between stakeholder groups by facilitating discussions and escalating issues as necessary.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, providing recommendations and working with stakeholders to implement changes.
  • Document new processes or current technology processes to identify inefficiencies or gaps.
  • Develop procedures for new and existing technology processes.
  • Develop, monitor, and compile relevant portfolio process metrics.
  • Serve as a liaison between IT and business area contacts concerning requests and other portfolio matters.
  • Build trust and relationships with key stakeholders and a network of peers.
  • Develop and improve training materials; provide training to end-users on new processes and technology solutions as needed.
  • Create recurring or ad-hoc reports and models to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Contribute to team documentation initiatives and group knowledge development.
  • Foster an environment of operational excellence and innovation through encouraging new process and technology automation.
  • Demonstrate commitment to compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and adhere to company values and business practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working with technology systems.
  • Intermediate Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong critical thinking and project management skills.
  • Experience with visual dashboarding and executive presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint and MS Teams.
  • Ability to problem-solve from a technical perspective.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with SAP.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence (BI).
