About the position

The IT Project Management Analyst at Honeywell will coordinate and manage activities across the Advanced Connected Sustainability Technologies (ACST) IT department, overseeing a variety of IT deliverables. This role involves managing multiple technology projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet stakeholder satisfaction. The position requires a high-level understanding of IT areas such as infrastructure, applications, networking, and security, and involves leading cross-functional teams to achieve project requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating and managing activities across ACST IT related to IT deliverables.
  • Managing multiple technology projects of small and medium size from initiation to completion.
  • Leading a cross-functional team located at multiple sites to achieve project requirements.
  • Facilitating meetings with project teams and stakeholders to gather requirements.
  • Creating scope statements, roadmaps, logs, registers, WBS, and necessary project artifacts.
  • Developing comprehensive project plans, including timelines and milestones.
  • Monitoring project progress, tracking deliverables, and identifying risks to project budget, timeline, and outcomes.
  • Implementing project communication plans and providing status updates to teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
  • Preparing project status reports and project dashboards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
  • 3 years of experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Effective communication with both technical and non-technical participants.
  • PMP Certification.
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification.
