About the position
The IT Project Management Lead Analyst will play a crucial role in managing project resources and ensuring effective scheduling within an enterprise healthcare environment. This position requires a motivated individual who can assist in resource allocation, track changes in resource requirements, and support the overall project management process.
Responsibilities
- Assist in resource allocation and scheduling for project teams.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a project coordinator, project management, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Asana, MS Project, or Trello).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of budgeting and resource management.
- Project Management certification (e.g., CAPM, PMP) is a plus.
