About the position

The IT Project Manager will lead a business process transformation project focused on the Order-to-Cash (OtC) cycle for a specific product line. This role requires extensive experience in IT project management, particularly in managing enterprise applications and business process transformations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring project delivery on time and within budget while effectively communicating with executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the business process transformation project for the Order-to-Cash cycle.
• Develop project plans and chair weekly status meetings.
• Deliver projects on-time and on-budget.
• Oversee collaboration with IT leadership and business staff to define the end state of the project.
• Resolve business and technical issues to mitigate project risks.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Drive project deliverables proactively and with care.

Requirements

• 8+ years of IT Project Management experience leading enterprise applications related projects.
• Significant knowledge of the Order-to-Cash cycle and associated business processes.
• Experience leading business transformation projects, ideally in the OtC space.
• Excellent understanding of IT enterprise applications used in the OtC cycle.
• Ability to develop new Business Process Procedures (BPPs) for functionality changes and documentation.
• Excellent communication skills with a proven history of interfacing with executive level leadership.

Nice-to-haves

• SAP experience preferred, though not required.
• Previous Life Science experience preferred, though not required.
