About the position

As an IT Project Manager - Acquisitions & Optimizations at PACS, you will oversee and manage IT projects focused on acquisitions and optimizations. This role is crucial for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with the company's strategic goals. You will collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to drive project success and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT projects focused on acquisitions and optimizations from initiation to completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, operations, and other stakeholders, to ensure project alignment and success.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Communicate project status, updates, and progress to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT project management, preferably in acquisitions and optimizations.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Nice-to-haves

• PMP or other relevant project management certification.
• Experience working in a virtual or remote team environment.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems integration.
