About the position

The IT Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management and delivery of complex projects across multiple departments and business units. This role requires strong leadership and project management skills to ensure successful integration and execution of various work streams, while managing scope, timeline, and budget effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage Project Scope, Timeline and Budget/Expenses
• Obtain and align resources to key project roles
• Establish clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities
• Oversee, manage, and lead project execution, integration, and implementation
• Conduct Risk Management and Mitigation Planning
• Facilitate Readiness, Change Adoption, and Stakeholder Management
• Ensure Quality Assurance and compliance with change requirements
• Act as the primary point of contact and integration for the project
• Serve as a Program Manager on an interim basis if required
• Represent senior project stakeholders when necessary

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience
• Strong knowledge of Jira and Agile methodologies
• Experience in scope management
• Ability to manage high complexity projects across multiple departments
• Proven leadership skills to direct resources effectively

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working on agile projects
• Previous project management experience in the financial industry
