We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the wholesale apparel industry, coupled with expertise in managing IT projects, particularly those involving Blue Cherry ERP and Microsoft Power BI. The role will involve overseeing various IT initiatives aimed at optimizing operations, enhancing efficiency, and driving business growth within the apparel sector. As an IT Project Manager, you will lead and manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and meeting of project objectives. Projects may include system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and process improvements. You will leverage your deep understanding of the wholesale apparel industry to effectively translate business requirements into IT solutions, providing insights and recommendations to align technology initiatives with organizational goals and industry best practices. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to Blue Cherry ERP, overseeing system configuration, customization, maintenance, and user support. You will collaborate with stakeholders to optimize ERP functionality and streamline business processes. Additionally, you will drive the implementation and utilization of Microsoft Power BI for data visualization, analytics, and reporting purposes, developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and analytics to support informed decision-making and business intelligence needs. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with internal stakeholders, including business leaders, department heads, IT teams, and external vendors, to gather requirements, communicate project progress, and ensure alignment with business priorities. You will also identify potential risks and challenges associated with IT projects and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery and business operations. Providing training and support to end-users on new systems, processes, and tools will be essential, as well as creating documentation and resources to facilitate user adoption and maximize the value of IT investments.
