About the position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the wholesale apparel industry, coupled with expertise in managing IT projects, particularly those involving Blue Cherry ERP and Microsoft Power BI. The role will involve overseeing various IT initiatives aimed at optimizing operations, enhancing efficiency, and driving business growth within the apparel sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and meeting of project objectives.
• Leverage deep understanding and knowledge of the wholesale apparel industry to effectively translate business requirements into IT solutions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to Blue Cherry ERP, overseeing system configuration, customization, maintenance, and user support.
• Drive the implementation and utilization of Microsoft Power BI for data visualization, analytics, and reporting purposes.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate project progress, and ensure alignment with business priorities.
• Identify potential risks and challenges associated with IT projects and develop mitigation strategies.
• Provide training and support to end-users on new systems, processes, and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience (5 years) as an IT Project Manager.
• In-depth knowledge of Blue Cherry ERP system, including administration, configuration, and customization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI for data visualization, analytics, and reporting.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience in risk management, change management, and user training.
