About the position

The IT Project Manager (Business Analyst) at Cornerstone Building Brands will collaborate with the Analytics team to develop functional technical requirements. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, IT, and third parties to create comprehensive business requirements documents and project deliverables, ensuring that the analytics application aligns with the organization's needs.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and documenting requested changes to the system in a standard BRD
• Identifying analytics needs in their functional area and resolving issues impacting other functional teams
• Serving as a liaison between end users' workflow needs and ACE implementation staff
• Maintaining regular communication with ACE team members and participating in weekly project team meetings
• Working with business units and end users to ensure the analytics application meets business needs
• Developing an understanding of operational needs through site visits and integrated sessions
• Contributing as a member of a team of analysts, developers, and support staff for automation activities
• Building and maintaining collaborative relationships with business and IT
• Supporting and aligning efforts to meet IT and business needs
• Developing and executing test plans and guiding testers during the QA process
• Determining required testing resources
• Managing the issue tracking process
• Communicating complex initiatives to non-technical colleagues or business leadership
• Demonstrating sound problem-solving skills and business intuition

Requirements

• 3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager
• 3 years of experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
• Bachelor's degree or similar technical discipline
• 3 years of experience working with manufacturing or engineer-to-order disciplines
• Experience working within teams
• Advanced English level
