About the position

Stanley, a HAVI company, is seeking an IT Project Manager for Business Operations to drive the architecture, development, and execution of the rhythm of business. This role involves collaborating with partners to develop plans and articulate the potential benefits of partnerships, ensuring mutual value is achieved. The IT Project Manager will be responsible for driving the cadence of business reviews and informing the direction for processes related to privacy and compliance adherence. Leveraging a deep understanding of the business, the manager will help drive the goals of both leaders and the organization, contributing to discussions on organizational design and successfully implementing plans and strategies. The position holds overall accountability for executing core business activities, including monthly business reviews and project postmortems. In this role, you will plan, assign, and coordinate activities related to the rhythm of the business at an enterprise level, managing multiple releases and work streams. You will deliver monthly business review reports and weekly steering committee presentations, create project plans based on approved requirements, manage project schedules and budgets, track milestones, identify risks, and develop contingency plans. Establishing standards and procedures for project tracking, reporting, and documentation will also be a key responsibility. Effective coordination and communication with internal and external stakeholders will be essential to ensure alignment and collaboration on project goals, scope, schedule, risks, issues, dependencies, and resources.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, assign, and coordinate activities pertaining to rhythm of the business on an enterprise level with multiple releases and work streams.
  • Deliver monthly business review reports and weekly steering committee presentations.
  • Create project plans based on approved requirements and manage project schedules and budgets.
  • Track milestones, identify risks to deliverables, and develop contingency plans.
  • Establish standards and procedures for project tracking, reporting, and documentation.
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration on project goals, scope, schedule, risks, issues, dependencies, and resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, environmental sciences, engineering, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience with project management software.
  • PMP certification or Agile/Scrum certification is preferred.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain thoroughness under high-pressure circumstances.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams at all levels.
