About the position

As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing technology projects from start to finish. This includes managing project plans, budgets, schedules, resources, and deliverables, as well as allocating tasks and setting milestones. You will be in charge of monitoring the health and progress of projects, identifying and resolving issues as they arise, and communicating effectively with stakeholders and team members. Your role may involve managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that you do not overlook the granular details of each project. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, particularly within the IT sector, and will be adept at utilizing various project management software tools. You will be expected to apply your knowledge of project management methodologies and techniques to ensure successful project delivery. Your ability to lead teams, manage risks, and communicate effectively will be crucial to your success in this role. In addition to technical skills, you will need to demonstrate a customer-focused mindset and thrive in a collaborative environment. Your attention to detail and strong communication skills will help you build relationships with customers, team members, and stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of project management techniques and tools.
• Proficiency in project management software tools.
• Prior experience in ERP (MS Dynamics 365) or other mid-size ERP projects.
• ITIL or ITSM certifications preferred; PMP certification required.
• 3+ years of project management experience in IT.
• Experience in business and IT strategy.
• Good project management skills, including planning, methodologies, and time tracking.
• General knowledge and understanding of business operations.
• Proficiency in analysis, design, and testing techniques.
• Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and/or change management.
• Basic understanding of IT communications networks.
• Highly skilled in the use of personal computers, including word processing, spreadsheets, email, and internet tools.

Nice-to-haves
