About the position

The IT Project Manager will oversee the implementation and management of large-scale credit card technology projects. This role requires a strong understanding of technology changes in complex credit card applications and their lifecycle, with a focus on coordinating multiple teams to ensure project success. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end initiatives, engage in testing and development processes, and manage a large number of application teams while ensuring alignment among various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-million-dollar projects in credit card technology.
• Coordinate with design, application, and testing teams.
• Oversee 50+ application teams to ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Engage in testing, development, and design processes for quality integration.
• Lead end-to-end project initiatives and make strategic decisions.
• Handle exceptions in rates to meet project deadlines.

Requirements

• 10+ years in the technology industry.
• 5 years of related project management experience.
• Strong understanding of credit card technology.
• Ability to execute with limited direction.
• Identify and engage key stakeholders for project progress.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple events.
• Ability to distill complex information into strategic plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially with senior management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in business, operations, and technology.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially advanced Excel and MS Project.
• Experience in an Agile development environment.
• Familiarity with JIRA.
