About the position

The Regal Rexnord Digital Solutions PMO is seeking to expand its team to support Digital Transformation Teams and IT initiatives. This role involves leading ERP implementation projects, managing resources, budgets, and schedules, and ensuring project deliverables are met. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders and may involve some travel for global projects, while primarily being based in the downtown Milwaukee, WI office.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP implementation projects from planning to completion through the software development life cycle.
• Determine and define project scope and objectives.
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources effectively.
• Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.
• Track project costs to meet budget.
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
• Act as primary interface regarding deliverables, changes, and sign-off on status and requirements.
• Ensure project requirements are met, the scope is managed, and milestones deliverables are met.
• Maintain visibility and facilitate timely discussions and decisions for project risks & issues.
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Execute any needed reporting at the project and portfolio level.
• Ensure open communication amongst team members, eliciting transparency and cross-team coordination.
• Work beyond their own projects and develop processes to benefit the full project portfolio.
• Lead meetings between stakeholders, resources, manager and executives.
• Coordinate changes with product owners and development teams for all other systems that communicate with the ERPs.
• Mentor and coach project managers and coordinators within the ERP implementation space.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline/equivalent.
• 5-8 years of Project Management Experience.
• Experience leading ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) implementations is a must.
• Experience with SAP and/or Oracle preferred.
• Experience in both traditional waterfall and Agile methods.
• Ability to work within cross-functional and multiple location projects.
