Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent required.
  • 3+ years of project management experience in IT.
  • Prior experience in ERP (MS Dynamics 365) or other mid-size ERP projects.
  • Knowledge of project management techniques and tools.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools.
  • ITIL or ITSM certifications preferred.
  • Good project management skills, including planning, methodologies, and time tracking.
  • General knowledge and understanding of business operations.
  • Proficiency in analysis, design, and testing techniques.
  • Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and/or change management.
  • Basic understanding of IT communications networks.
  • Good communication skills with customers, team, and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented and thrives in a collaborative environment.
